How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to you door within one hour from the time you placed your order with Hing Tai Chinese Takeaway. However during busy periods please be prepared to wait longer, you will be advised when placing your order when to expect your order.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there are any problems with your order, please call Hing Tai Chinese Takeaway on 01905 426997.

We will either provide a replacement meal, credit note, or refund you for the value of the order in question only. The order in question must be returned in a reasonable state (i.e. not binned) for a credit note, replacement or refund to be given.
